For fifteen years our church has met in rented facilities, and God has given us much growth and fruit for His kingdom in this season as a church family.
The time has now come for the next chapter of our gospel mission to this region. One part of this calling is pioneering our own permanent home for ministry, outreach and community engagement for generations to come.
Lifepoint is a people and a place that those with no church experience love to be part of. We love our Moreton Bay region, and want every person to hear and experience firsthand the transforming hope and life found in making Jesus our King.
We are now asking those who call Lifepoint Church home to begin to prayerfully consider what God is calling them to invest to this vision.
In 2019 we purchased a 1.1 acre block on one of the biggest intersections in the Moreton Bay Region.
The block sits at the crossroads of the three major regions of our mission: Deception Bay/Narangba to the north, Mango Hill/North Lakes/Kallangur to the south west, and the Redcliffe Peninsula to the east.
The most fundamental question to ask when undertaking a project of such size and cost is: "Is a permanent home necessary to our core mission of making disciples of Jesus?"
We want to create a place that feels like home, not a business.
We want spaces that are used all week long by the community, where people love to gather with their crew and where God's beauty and love is experienced"
God has been preparing us for such a time as this.
We have been humbled that despite the interruptions of COVID and space unavailability, God has been faithfully continuing His mission by growing our capacity and people.
